Assembly / Rigging the dropshot clip

Looped End: Tie the fishing line from the rod to the looped end of the clip

Middle shaft: Take a suitable drop shot hook. With the hook bend facing down, slightly force the hook eye onto the open end of the clip. Once into the open end loop, twist the turn the hook to the middle shaft

Open End: Tie your leader with drop shot weight onto the open end of the clip.
Optionally any other weighted secondary lure with leader also can be tied to the open end such as weighted jig hook with trailer or chatter bait etc.
